Job Summary:

Identify and qualify potential B2B clients and generate quality sales prospects for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for BDEs.

• Maintain CRM and lead database.

• Follow up with prospects and achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development.

• B2B lead generation preferred.

• Robust communication skills.

• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Excel, Google Search, and CRM.

• Target-oriented and proactive.

Preferred: Experience in Jewellery, manufacturing, luxury goods, or export industry.
