Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations: Assisting with daily gold loan processing, KYC documentation, and maintaining branch records.
Customer Service: Handling walk-in customers, resolving queries, and managing relationships.
Sales & Marketing: Identifying current leads, cross-selling products (personal loans, insurance), and conducting field visits.
Tele-calling: Calling existing customers for renewals, interest collection, and follow-ups.

Eligibility & Requirements
Education: Graduate (any discipline) from a recognized university.
Age: Generally under 26 years old.
Target Group: Freshers (often 2020–2025 batches).
