Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Sales • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets for the assigned geography or branch. • Develop a strong sales pipeline through contractor ecosystem, parent company teams, referrals, field visits, local connectors, and market intelligence. • Convert qualified leads into profitable lending customers while maintaining sourcing quality and credit discipline. • Identify new business pockets, underserved customer segments, and repeat-business opportunities within the assigned market.
