Role Description The Investor Relations Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing communication between Battery Dost and its current and potential investors. On a day-to-day basis, this role prepares investor presentations, financial summaries, and briefing documents, and supports the planning and execution of investor meetings, roadshows, and updates. The individual will track financial and operational performance, analyze market and industry trends, and translate complex data into clear, investor-friendly insights.

They will coordinate with finance, operations, and leadership teams to ensure accurate,



timely information sharing and consistent messaging. The role also involves maintaining investor databases, responding to investor queries, and contributing to capital-raising and strategic communication initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Investor Relations skills, including stakeholder communication, presentation development, and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret performance metrics, evaluate business scenarios, and support strategic decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Financial Modeling and Accounting skills to build financial models, support forecasts, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), and comfort working with data and financial reports.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; prior experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or equity research is preferred.
