About Us

Kashi Surgicals is a rapid-growing healthcare and consumer products company selling across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and other leading marketplaces. We manage multiple brands and thousands of customer orders every month. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to own procurement, inventory management and daily warehouse coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

- Raise purchase orders with existing suppliers.
- Coordinate with vendors on production, dispatch and deliveries.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers for products and packaging materials.
- Negotiate timelines and maintain supplier relationships.
- Maintain purchase records and follow up on pending orders.

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate stock records across all warehouses.
- Monitor inventory levels and generate replenishment plans.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions.
- Track expiry-sensitive inventory where applicable.

Marketplace Operations

- Create shipments for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and other marketplaces.
- Coordinate FBA replenishments and warehouse dispatches.
- Plan stock allocation across different sales channels.
- Monitor inbound shipments until successfully received.
- Ensure products are available while avoiding excess inventory.

Warehouse Coordination

- Supervise inward and outward movement of goods.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for picking, packing and dispatch.




- Ensure timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries.
- Maintain inventory documentation and reports.

MIS & Reporting
- Update inventory and procurement trackers.
- Prepare daily stock reports.
- Generate reorder recommendations.
- Maintain SKU-wise inventory records.

Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce, Business or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory, procurement or e-commerce operations.
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central and/or Flipkart Seller Hub is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic formulas).
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail and ownership.
