Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced MECM/Intune Administrator to lead and manage enterprise endpoint management and Modern Device Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Co-management, PowerShell, and Entra ID.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, migrating, and managing complex endpoint solutions across a large global environment, while ensuring security, compliance, availability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

MECM/SCCM & Intune

Administer and manage Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) in a large enterprise workplace.

Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions for modern endpoint management.

Develop migration strategies from MECM/SCCM and Group Policy (GPO) to Intune.

Configure and manage Co-management between MECM and Intune.

Manage device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and endpoint security policies.

Implement Windows Autopilot for zero-touch device provisioning and deployment.

Manage role-based access and content delivery through Intune.

Endpoint Security & Compliance

Implement endpoint security configurations and compliance policies.

Manage Conditional Access policies in collaboration with Entra ID.

Identify and mitigate endpoint control violations.





Ensure endpoint configurations comply with enterprise security standards and policies.

Application & Patch Management

Design and maintain application deployment frameworks using Intune and MECM.

Manage software packaging and mass application deployments.

Implement and manage Windows Update for Business (WUfB).

Plan and execute Windows feature and quality updates.

Troubleshoot application deployment and patching issues.

Automation & Scripting

Develop PowerShell scripts to automate endpoint administration and repetitive operational tasks.

Use Microsoft Graph API for Intune and endpoint automation.

Develop custom reports, dashboards, and automation solutions.

Improve operational efficiency through automation and self-service capabilities.

Infrastructure & Networking

Work with Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Active Directory, Entra ID, WSUS, SQL Server, storage, and network infrastructure.

Understand network connectivity between on-premises endpoints and cloud services.

Troubleshoot connectivity to Microsoft cloud services and CDN endpoints.

Support modern connectivity and Zero Trust endpoint scenarios.

IT Service Management

Follow ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.

Participate in major incident and crisis management activities when required.

Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and permanent resolution of complex endpoint issues.

Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
