Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, interview scheduling and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, databases and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions.
- Coordinate with candidates and clients regarding interview status.




- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Maintain recruitment records and reports.

Requirements
- Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Management or a related field.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
