We are looking for candidates to handle international patient calls and provide professional support regarding appointments, healthcare services, follow-ups, and general patient queries. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable speaking with international patients over the phone.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international patients.

- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, confirmation, rescheduling, and follow-ups.

- Understand patient requirements and provide accurate information.

- Make reminder and follow-up calls to patients.

- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and internal teams when required.

- Maintain accurate patient and call-related information in the system.





- Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.

- Comfortable communicating with international patients.

- Valuable listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills..
