We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice & Blended Process in Gurgaon. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling international customers through voice, chat and email channels, resolving customer queries and providing a high-quality customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with solid English communication skills and experience in International BPO, Customer Support, Voice Process, Blended Process or International Customer Service.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through international voice, chat and email channels.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints and service-related issues professionally.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, compliance requirements and communication protocols.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication while interacting with international customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM / relevant systems.
- Meet defined SLA, CSAT, AHT, Quality and productivity targets.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team as per process guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism and patience while handling difficult customer situations.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, depending on business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile




- Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in International BPO / International Voice Process / Customer Support / Blended Process preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with international customers.
- Candidates should have good listening, comprehension and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and challenging conversations professionally.
- Comfortable working in 24x7 / rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Candidates from International BPO, Customer Service, Technical Support, Travel, E-commerce, Banking, Insurance or Telecom backgrounds can apply.
- Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period will be preferred.
