We are looking for an experienced International Relocation Sales Executive Australian Market to join our Gurugram team.

This is NOT a generic telesales/BPO position.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have previous experience selling packing & moving, removalist, relocation or moving services to Australian or US customers.

Role & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from customers in the Australian market.
- Understand customers' moving and relocation requirements.
- Explain suitable moving and packing solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare, present and follow up on quotations.
- Convert qualified enquiries and quotations into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with leads consistently and professionally.
- Handle customer objections, negotiate and confidently close sales.
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate lead, quotation and follow-up information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.
- Achieve monthly sales, conversion and revenue targets.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the packing & moving, removalist, relocation or moving-services industry.
- Previous experience dealing with Australian or US customers/clients.




- Robust preference for candidates with Australian moving/removalist sales experience.
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and professional phone etiquette.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Proven ability to convert enquiries/leads into confirmed sales or bookings.
- Confident handling customers over the phone.
- Experience with quotations, follow-ups and CRM/lead-management systems.
- Willingness to work from our Gurugram office during Australian business hours.

Who Should NOT Apply This role is specifically for experienced international moving/relocation sales professionals.

Candidates with only generic telesales/BPO experience and no relevant packing & moving, removalist or relocation sales experience will not be considered.

Experience from unrelated industries such as telecom, banking, insurance, credit cards or generic BPO/telesales does not meet the core requirement unless the candidate also has relevant moving/relocation sales experience.

Communication Skills The successful candidate must be highly confident and professional when communicating with Australian customers.

You should be able to:

- Build rapport quickly with customers.
- Understand customer requirements through effective questioning.
- Explain quotations clearly.




- Handle objections confidently.
- Negotiate professionally.
- Create urgency where appropriate.
- Close sales without being overly aggressive.
- Communicate naturally and professionally in English.
