Role Description: The International Business Consultant will work full-time, in office in Jamnagar, partnering with leadership to expand RNI’s global presence and optimise international business operations. In this role, the consultant will research and evaluate new markets, analyse regulatory and competitive landscapes, and support entry strategies for key regions. Daily responsibilities include developing business cases, preparing proposals and presentations for international clients, and coordinating with internal teams to align manufacturing capabilities with market demands.
The consultant will maintain relationships with distributors and partners across countries, monitor performance against commercial targets, and recommend improvements to pricing, product positioning, and supply chain flows. This role also involves preparing regular reports for management, contributing to strategic planning, and ensuring that international activities align with RNI’s ESG and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong international business acumen, including market analysis, strategy development, and familiarity with global trade and regulatory environments.
- Proficiency in client-facing communication, negotiation, and relationship management with distributors, retailers, and other international stakeholders.
- Analytical skills in financial modelling, business case development, and performance reporting using spreadsheets and presentation tools.
- Experience in operations or supply-chain coordination, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or related industrial sectors.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Comfort working in an in office industrial workplace in Jamnagar and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English; additional international languages are an advantage.
- Prior exposure to ESG, quality management systems, or ISO-certified environments is beneficial.
