Position: Inside Sales Representative – IT Hardware Sales

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative with experience in IT Hardware Sales to drive lead generation, client follow-ups, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate will work from our Gurugram office to manage inbound/outbound sales calls, nurture prospects, and coordinate deals for IT hardware, networking, and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other portals
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and decision makers
- Handle end-to-end inside sales process: product presentation, quotations, follow-ups, and deal closure
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and revenue targets
- Coordinate with field sales, technical, and support teams for seamless customer service
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for IT hardware, networking products & AMC services
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, sales pipeline, and daily activity reports




- Ensure high client satisfaction and timely response to customer queries

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or IT Hardware Sales
- Proven track record of meeting sales and call targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM tools
- Prior experience in IT Hardware / Networking / IT Solutions industry preferred
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced office environment
