Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales, generate new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and support marketing activities. The candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through field visits, calls, references, and other marketing activities.
Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Conduct product/service presentations and explain features, perks, and pricing.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers regularly.
Visit clients, dealers, distributors, or business partners as required.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase business.
Prepare quotations, sales reports,



and customer follow-up reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, events, and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, sales, and business activities.

Required Skills:

Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification & Experience:
Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience: 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
