Sharp execution of Cross-sell strategy of the Bank for all mapped and acquired clients including: a. Digital Channel Activation b. Activation for Digital Wealth Management c. Selling Investment and Insurance Products d. Selling Asset Products
Achieve Individual Book and Fee Income targets as mandated in HR Goal Sheet in order to secure highest rating as per policy of the Bank
Handle the service requirement of customers are taken case in a prompt and pro-active manner
Provide regular feedback to Branch / Head Office team for improved customer relationship management at Equitas
The position is on Quarterly Incentive Program outcome of which is dependent on achievement of laid down targets
