Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers.
Take orders and operate POS/billing system.
Prepare and serve beverages and food as per SOP.
Maintain cleanliness of counter, dining and service areas.
Pack takeaway and online delivery orders correctly.
Support opening and closing activities.
Maintain hygiene and food-safety standards.
Assist other team members during busy hours.
