Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily order processing and fulfilment.
Oversee order packing and dispatch coordination.
Manage and maintain the Shopify product catalog.
Handle Shopify tagging, product categorisation, and data hygiene.
Maintain accurate e-commerce and operational data.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly internal reports and MIS.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Ideal CandidateStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Positive understanding of Shopify and Excel/Google Sheets.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable handling daily operational tasks.
Prior experience in e-commerce operations is preferred.
