Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them in selecting laptops, desktops, accessories, and computer peripherals.
Explain product features and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle billing, invoicing, UPI/card/cash payments, and customer records.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online customer queries.
Create repair job cards and coordinate with technicians.
Follow up with customers regarding repairs and deliveries.
Maintain showroom displays,



stock, and cleanliness.
Assist with inventory management and daily store operations.
Promote Primebyte products and services through social media and customer interactions.

Requirements
Positive communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (Windows, MS Office, Internet).
Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Honest, punctual, well-presented, and willing to learn.
