ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production and workers.
Allocate jobs to welders, fitters, turners and helpers.
Read and understand mechanical drawings.
Monitor welding, fabrication and bellows manufacturing.
Check dimensions and product quality.
Ensure timely completion of production targets.
Control material wastage and rework.
Maintain daily production records.
Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping.
Coordinate with management for production and delivery.
Required: Valuable leadership, drawing-reading, fabrication/welding knowledge and manpower handling skills.
