Key Responsibilities
Driver Coordination: Communicate daily with drivers to coordinate schedules and manage shift timings.
Fuel Tracking: Maintain accurate records of diesel filled and fuel consumption (mileage tracking) for all buses.
Bus Maintenance: Oversee vehicle servicing, mechanical checks, and ensure the fleet is always in valuable working condition.
Cleanliness Inspection: Check each bus regularly to ensure it is kept completely clean, neat, and hygienic.
Management Meetings: Attend official meetings with the company's managers to report on transport updates and daily operations.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in transit coordination, fleet management, or a supervisor role.
Robust leadership and communication skills to balance relationships with drivers, corporate clients, and the bus owner.
