Key Responsibilities
Teach IB DP Chemistry effectively according to IB curriculum and assessment requirements.
Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons.
Prepare students for IB DP internal and external assessments.
Guide students in Internal Assessment (IA) projects and research work.
Conduct practical laboratory sessions and ensure proper safety procedures.
Develop lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, and learning resources.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive academic feedback.
Encourage critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain accurate academic records and participate in school meetings and activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to support students' overall academic development.

Preferred Qualifications
Master's/Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
IB DP Chemistry teaching experience preferred.
IB training/certification will be an advantage.
Solid communication and classroom management skills.
