Imperial Design Concepts (IDC) is looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to handle customers both in person and over the phone.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle showroom customers and provide a qualified customer experience.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
Make regular outbound calls for enquiries, follow-ups and lead conversion.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and current clients.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, requirements and orders.
Handle customer queries and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.
Support the sales team in generating repeat business and referrals.
