Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally.
Explain company services, offers, and packages to customers.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into appointments/sales.
Maintain proper records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales/clinic team for appointments and customer requirements.
Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate information.
Ensure regular follow-up with leads until closure.
Maintain a positive and qualified relationship with customers.




RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
Valuable follow-up and convincing skills.
Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
