Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Ads ManagementCreate, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives
Analyze metrics and provide performance reports
Test different ad variations and audiences
Google Ads ManagementSet up and manage Google Search and Display campaigns
Monitor keyword performance and bid strategies
Optimize landing pages and ad copy for better conversion rates
Track and analyze Google Analytics data
WhatsApp MarketingDevelop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns
Manage customer engagement through WhatsApp Business
Create messaging strategies and templates
Monitor and report on campaign performance
General Marketing SupportAssist in content creation for digital channels
Compile and present campaign performance reports
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support team with administrative marketing tasks




Required QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms
Platform Knowledge: Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
Google Ads (Search and Display)
WhatsApp Business Platform
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Google Analytics
Comfortable with spreadsheets and data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets)
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (regional language proficiency is a bonus)
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and provide insights
Equipment RequirementsLaptop: Must have a personal laptop or company will provide one
Minimum specs: 4GB RAM, up-to-date browser support, stable internet connection
Responsibility for maintaining and securing the device
Preferred QualificationsCertifications from Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms
Experience with CRM tools or marketing automation platforms
Portfolio of previous campaigns with metrics and results
