Telecaller – Job DescriptionWe are looking for a female Telecaller to join our team at Bright Soul Spa & Salon.
Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads received through online platforms.
Understand customer requirements
Follow up with interested customers
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in Excel.
Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
Coordinate with the team regarding customer appointments and bookings.
Requirements:
Fluent in Hindi, Kannada, and English.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Friendly, skilled, and customer-focused attitude.
Previous telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage.
