Job Description:

The 6G Arc Welder will carry out high-quality welding of pipes, structural components and fabricated assemblies in accordance with approved welding procedures and oil & gas safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform 6G pipe welding using SMAW/ARC welding processes.

Read welding drawings, isometric drawings and WPS.

Prepare joints, maintain correct root gap and alignment.

Perform root, hot, filling and capping passes.

Inspect completed welds and rectify defects when required.

Follow hot-work permit and offshore safety procedures.

Maintain welding equipment and PPE.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a 6G Arc Welder.





Valid 6G welding qualification/trade certificate preferred.

Oil & gas/offshore/shipyard experience preferred.

Ability to pass welding/trade test and medical fitness.

Manpower Required: 100

Workshop Rate: ₹1,230/day

Offshore Rate: ₹1,530/day

Advantages: Food and accommodation provided as applicable at the project site, with offshore allowance as per contractor/project terms.

Documents: Updated CV, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, passport, valid PCC, work-experience certificates, BOSIET/offshore safety certificate where applicable, educational/trade certificates, photographs and medical fitness documents.
