Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Execute work as per approved drawings and company standards.
Coordinate and manage contractors and labourers.
Check the quality of construction work and materials.
Monitor daily labour attendance and work progress.
Prepare and update daily/weekly site progress reports.
Coordinate material requirements with the Purchase team.
Ensure materials are properly received, stored and used.
Identify and report site issues, delays and technical problems.
Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Contractors and other departments.
Ensure proper site safety and housekeeping.
Monitor work as per the project schedule.
Attend client/site meetings when required.
Complete assigned works within the planned timeline.
Coordinate snag rectification and support final project handover.
Take responsibility for the assigned project until completion and handover.
