Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT and Engineering positions.
Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, qualifications, experience, and job requirements.
Handle recruitment for engineering and technical positions across
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback from candidates and hiring managers.
Achieve monthly recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within the required TAT.
