Job Responsibilities to close lead for commercial office, retail, and warehouse leasing & sales.
Meet corporate clients to understand their real estate requirements.
Conduct property inspections and client site visits.
Present suitable commercial properties and negotiate lease/sale terms.
Coordinate with property owners, developers, and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and transactions in the CRM.
Stay updated with market trends, rentals, and commercial property availability.
Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Leasing and Sales.




Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of commercial office spaces, retail spaces, and industrial/warehouse properties.
Ability to independently handle client meetings and property visits.
Solid sales and relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
Must possess a professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in dealing with corporate clients and developers.
Existing network in the commercial real estate market will be an added advantage.
