Vehicle Delivery
Explain completed repairs and maintenance performed.
Review invoices with customers.

Administrative Duties

Process payments, and warranty claims.
Use workshop management software to track jobs.
Sales and Customer Retention
Promote additional services, maintenance packages, and accessories when appropriate.
