Job Description – Telecaller / Sales ExecutiveRoyal Buildcon is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for an office-based Telecaller / Sales Executive position. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, making outbound calls, following up with leads, explaining property/project details, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.
Main Responsibilities & TasksMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate interest in our projects.
Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
Follow up regularly with leads and prospective clients.
Explain project details, offers, pricing, and other relevant information to customers.
Maintain and update customer and lead records.
Schedule site visits and appointments with interested customers.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and conversions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Convert qualified leads into potential sales prospects.
Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding leads and follow-ups.
