Role Overview

The Finishing Touch Garden Studio is hiring a motivated Junior Site Supervisor for our Civil & Hardscape Division to manage in office execution of luxury terrace gardens, exterior structures, and outdoor living spaces.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site execution for civil works, WPC decking, pergolas, tiling, and structural hardscaping.
Coordinate in office labor, subcontractors, and material deliveries to keep projects on schedule.
Ensure site execution strictly matches approved 2D/3D design plans and technical specifications.
Maintain daily site reports, material tracking, and progress updates for senior management.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (Freshers or 1 year of site experience preferred).
Ability to read civil drawings, layouts, and technical site plans.
Robust hands-on attitude, site leadership, and keen attention to finishing details.
Willingness to travel across client sites in Kolkata.
