Roles and Responsibilities
Provide after-sales service support to customers by performing repairs, maintenance, and servicing of electronic equipment such as PCBs, PCB soldering, and field services.
Conduct site visits to diagnose issues with customer's installed base stations and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to telecom infrastructure.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed on customer sites, including inventory management and reporting.
Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by supervisors while maintaining high levels of quality standards.
