About the RoleWe are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Steward / Service Associate to provide excellent service and create a welcoming experience for every guest at Edit 5.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers with seating and menu recommendations.
Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Serve food and beverages while maintaining presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
Explicit and reset tables promptly.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns politely.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
Support café operations as required.
RequirementsPrevious experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role is preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Well-groomed, punctual, and reliable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
