Role & responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Connect with software companies and corporate clients to understand their hiring and recruitment requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, Recruiters, Talent Acquisition teams, and decision-makers.
Understand client requirements including job role, skills, experience, location, budget, notice period, and hiring timelines.
Collect and coordinate IT recruitment requirements from clients.
Share relevant requirements with the internal Recruitment / Talent Acquisition team for candidate sourcing.
Follow up with clients regularly regarding candidate profiles, interviews, feedback, and closures.
Coordinate between clients, recruiters, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of client requirements, leads, follow-ups, submissions, interviews, and closures.
Develop recent client accounts and expand existing business relationships.




Negotiate and discuss commercial terms, recruitment fees, and service agreements with clients.
Achieve assigned business development, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the IT recruitment sector.
Prepare regular reports on lead generation, client meetings, requirements received, submissions, and closures.
