Manage supplier quality for Injection Moulding components and monitor supplier performance.
Conduct Supplier Process & Quality Audits and drive corrective actions.
Review and approve APQP & PPAP documentation.
Ensure effective implementation of PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA and process capability studies.
Analyze supplier quality issues and drive 8D, RCA, and CAPA to closure.
Monitor supplier PPM, rejection, and quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate with Supplier, Purchase, Engineering, and Internal Quality teams for timely resolution of quality issues.
Support NPD, process validation, and engineering changes at supplier locations.
