Purchase Executive Job Responsibilities

Location: Meerut / surrounding areas, within approximately 10 km radius, including up to Sikandrabad
Experience: Fresher – candidates with prior purchasing experience are not required.

Key Responsibilities
Purchase & Procurement
Source materials as per company requirements and specifications.
Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines and payment terms under the guidance of seniors.
Order & Supplier Coordination
Prepare and process purchase orders.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Follow up on pending orders, delays and shortages.
Inventory & Material Tracking
Coordinate with the factory/stores team to understand material requirements.
Track material availability and upcoming requirements.
Maintain accurate purchase and supplier records.
Cost & Process Control
Compare supplier prices and identify opportunities for cost savings.




Ensure purchases are made as per approved specifications, quantities and rates.
Maintain proper documentation of quotations, POs and invoices.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate closely with Production, Stores, Accounts and Management.
Provide regular updates on purchase orders, pending materials and expected deliveries.
Escalate delays or procurement issues promptly.

Candidate Profile
Fresh graduate / fresher preferred.
Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer applications.
Valuable numerical and analytical ability.
Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Should be ideally located in Medchal or nearby areas
Should be proactive, organized and comfortable with daily follow-ups with suppliers.
