Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, servers, storage, and network devices.
Perform routine health checks, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
Manage backups, patching, system upgrades, and change activities.
Ensure high availability, performance, security, and compliance of data center operations.
Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and application teams to resolve issues.
Maintain operational documentation and support disaster recovery activities.
Required Skills:
Experience in data center operations and infrastructure support.
Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and networking.
Familiarity with monitoring, backup, and ticketing tools.
Solid troubleshooting, incident management, and communication skills.
