About the Role
YES BANK is hiring CPA Executives under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). This one-year apprenticeship provides candidates with practical exposure to banking operations, loan processing, and customer documentation while working in a professional banking workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Process and assist in loan disbursement activities.
Verify customer documents and complete KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
Ensure all loan-related documentation is accurate and compliant with bank policies.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth loan processing.
Maintain customer records and documentation as per regulatory guidelines.
Assist in resolving customer queries related to loan processing and documentation.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and YES BANK's internal policies.
Support daily operational activities and maintain accurate MIS records.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Solid attention to detail and documentation.

Apprenticeship Details
Duration: 1 Year
Scheme: National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS)
Monthly Stipend: ₹20,000
₹14,000 paid by YES BANK
₹6,000 provided by the Government of India under the NATS Scheme
Certification
Upon successful completion of the one-year apprenticeship, candidates will receive an Apprenticeship Certificate under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) issued as per the scheme guidelines.
