Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Operations team for successful client onboarding.
Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
