Key Responsibilities
Cuts & Styling: Precision hair cutting and styling for men and women.
Advanced Coloring: Global color, Fashion Color, balayage, highlights, ombré, and color corrections.
Texture Treatments: Expert execution of Nanoplastia, Keratin, Hair Botox, Smoothening, and Straightening.
Care & Scalp Services: In-depth hair and scalp consultations, custom Hair Spa sessions, and targeted scalp treatments.
Client Retention: Recommend personalized home-care routines and premium retail products.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a high-end or luxury salon.
Certified expertise in advanced cutting, coloring, and chemical/texture treatments.
Excellent communication, qualified etiquette, and knowledge of current trends.
