Executive/Sr. Ex/AM/DM-BTL Marketing (Chennai)

Roles Responsibilities:
Robust experience in generating leads for Chennai Projects through various BTL Marketing activities.
Work at the site located and perform various BTL activities / robust BTL Execution (Kiosk/Hoardings/Flyers Distribution / Door to Door Marketing /Events etc)
Work as a team and will be reporting the Marketing Manager
Having knowledge of the Chennai/TN property market added advantage.
Updating all necessary information in the ERP
Delivering reports to the Management
Should be a Go Getter, Team Leader and Target Oriented
Always Customer Focused with positive Analytical Skills
Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills
Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances

Desired /Key Skills:




2 8 years experience in Real Estate BTL Marketing Any industry
Place of work: Site as assigned
Frequent Travelling Required / Adaptive to work on weekend
Must have a knowledge on ERP, MS Office
Excellent Communication, Aggressiveness, Interpersonal Skills, Customer Focused, Self-Motivation, Analytical Skills etc
