Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and provide qualified assistance.
Resolve customer queries regarding orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and other services.
Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Maintain proper communication and call records.
RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-friendly attitude and good listening skills.
Comfortable working in a target/process-driven workplace.
