Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement current research projects and studies to improve existing products and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and conduct experiments and collect data.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
Design and develop current methods and techniques for data collection and analysis.
Prepare and present reports on research findings and recommendations to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements
Master's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, or pharmacy.
Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D;, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Robust knowledge of experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
