Installation and commissioning of portable and fixed gas detectors at customer locations.
Perform routine calibration, bump testing, functional testing and preventive maintenance of gas detection instruments.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to gas detectors, sensors, batteries, pumps, displays, alarms and other components.
Carry out sensor replacement, battery replacement and minor repairs as required.
Configure and test gas detectors as per customer requirements and OEM specifications.
Conduct site surveys and understand customer requirements for gas detection systems.
Provide technical support for LEL, O₂, CO, H₂S, CO₂, SO₂, NO, NO₂ and other gas detection applications, as applicable to the instrument.
Install and commission fixed gas detection systems, transmitters, controllers and associated accessories.
Verify alarm settings, relay outputs, analog outputs and communication interfaces wherever applicable.
Maintain proper records of calibration, service, repair and commissioning activities.
Prepare Service Reports, Calibration Certificates, Installation Reports and Commissioning Reports.
Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical resolution.
