Mandatory skills should be included Work in 247 setting with rotating shifts and with no fixed Sat-Sun weekly-offs
Valuable communications skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas in both technical and user-friendly language while resolving user queries
Automation experience using PowerShell & RBAC.
Adapt to existing processes and propose process improvementenhancement ideas
Must have hands - on experience of system administration of Windows server - side infrastructure, virtual machines, and associated technologies on physical servers.
In support of the deployed cloud systems and settings, create custom scripts to automate support processes where applicable
If needed escalate to Microsoft and coordinate with them
Microsoft certification will be added advantage
