Key responsibilities
End-to-end healthcare recruitment: Doctors, nurses, paramedics, technicians, pharmacists, BPO, and other healthcare specialists.
Non-clinical recruitment: Administration, operations, support, and specialist roles.
Candidate screening: Verify medical qualifications, certifications, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
Workforce planning: Work with department heads/managers to identify staffing gaps and define role requirements.
Sourcing: LinkedIn, healthcare job portals, nursing forums, qualified associations, campuses, referrals, career fairs, and recruitment drives.
Talent pipeline:



Build pipelines for high-demand positions such as nursing, critical care, emergency care, and laboratory technicians.
Recruitment operations: Walk-in interviews, campus hiring, onboarding, orientation, and training coordination.
HR generalist responsibilities: Employee guidance, policy/process compliance, disciplinary matters, investigations, terminations, restructuring, and employee engagement.
Talent strategy: Align recruitment, onboarding, employee responsibilities, and HR initiatives with organisational goals.
