SDCMS is looking for a Skill Development Trainer to train and guide students in BPO, Customer Support, Communication and Soft Skills, and prepare them for career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Train students for BPO and Customer Support roles.
Conduct sessions on communication and soft skills.
Guide students on workplace etiquette and customer handling.
Track student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Explain BPO industry roles, processes and career opportunities.
Plan and conduct interactive training sessions and activities.
Help students build confidence and skilled skills.
