Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, forecasting and analysis (FP&A;) for the business.
Develop and monitor annual budgets, business plans and financial forecasts.
Prepare MIS, management reports, variance analysis and financial dashboards for management.
Manage cash flow, working capital and liquidity to ensure productive utilization of funds.
Monitor receivables, payables, inventory and working-capital cycles.
Drive operations costing, including product costing, raw-material costing, conversion costs and profitability analysis.
Analyse plant-level costs and identify prospects for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Monitor product/customer-wise profitability and contribution margins.
Support management in pricing, investment and strategic business decisions.
Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes and accounting systems.
Work closely with operations, procurement and sales teams to improve financial performance.
Oversee statutory compliance, taxation, audits and financial reporting.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, financial institutions and other stakeholders.




Provide financial insights and recommendations to the promoters/management on business expansion and capital allocation.
Ensure accurate and timely closure of accounts and financial reporting.

Industry Experience Mandatory

Candidates should preferably have experience in:
Copper recycling
Non-ferrous metal recycling
Metal recycling
Smelting and refining
Secondary metal manufacturing
Copper/metal scrap processing
Non-ferrous metal/alloy manufacturing

Candidates from general manufacturing industries without relevant metals/recycling/smelting experience may not be suitable.
