Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: Graduation (MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Operations preferred)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities
Procure raw materials and packaging materials required for cosmetic manufacturing.
Source and develop reliable vendors for chemicals, oils, fragrances, herbal extracts, active ingredients, bottles, jars, tubes, cartons, labels, and other packaging components.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchase orders.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, QA/QC, and Accounts to ensure timely procurement and material availability.
Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
Track supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and resolve procurement-related issues.




Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and procurement documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
Prepare procurement reports and MIS for management review.

Required Skills
Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of raw materials and packaging materials used in the cosmetics, personal care, pharma, or FMCG industry.
Understanding of inventory management, purchase planning, and supply chain processes.
Hands-on experience with ERP/Purchase Management Software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement activities efficiently.
