Key Responsibilities:
Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving prospects and procurement trends.
Prepare and maintain reports on purchasing metrics, spending forecasts, and budget variances.
Assist in negotiating supplier contracts and terms to ensure favourable company outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, PPIC) to forecast material and service needs.
Monitor inventory levels and recommend optimal reorder points to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions or price fluctuations.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical sourcing practices.
Support procurement process improvements through data analytics and automation tools.
Prepare periodic performance reviews and market trend analyses for management reporting.
